Which platforms do you build on?
We specialize in Kentico, Storyblok, and WordPress, and we also build on Umbraco, Shopify, and custom .NET. We recommend a platform based on your content, your team, and your integrations rather than a default.
Can you take over a site another agency built?
Yes. We start with a technical audit of the code, hosting, and integrations, document what we find, and fix the most pressing issues first. From there, we can support the site as it is or plan a rebuild.
How do you handle migrations and content moves?
We map your existing content to the new content model, automate what we can, and review the rest by hand. We also plan redirects and SEO safeguards, so you keep your search visibility through the move.
What systems can you integrate with?
We connect websites to CRMs, ERPs, eCommerce platforms, marketing automation, search, and identity providers. If a system has an API, we can usually connect it, and we build custom middleware when it doesn't.
How do you test before launch?
Our QA team tests functionality, performance, accessibility, and browser and device behavior throughout development, not just at the end. You also get a staging site to review and approve before anything goes live.
What does ongoing support include?
Support covers security updates, platform upgrades, monitoring, bug fixes, and time for enhancements. You work with a team that already knows your code, so requests move quickly.
Who owns the code when the project is done?
You do. Custom code we write for your project belongs to your organization, and we document it so your team or another partner can work with it.
